Please link the discount code to the email that is entered so the code can only be used together with an order made with that emial.

This is a native feature in shopify discounts.

Currently we are a getting a crap load of spam emails signed up so the visitor can get the highest discount.

This also very much affect our sending reputation when we send newsletters to invalid emails!
